This, in a nutshell, would mean that we will not give out information that you purchased a specific product but may reveal how many customers purchased a particular product.

  • How do I Sell?
    To sell your product on Nehru Place IT Hub Auctions you have to follow these steps

    1. Sign in
    if you already register at Nehruplace IT hub Sign in.
    If you are a new user, Register for free

    2. Click on Sell Once you've logged in, click on sell.

    3. Select a Main Category and a Sub-category
    Please select an appropriate category and sub-category for the product you wish to sell. For example, if you wish to sell a CPU, select CPU from Main Category and then select CPU brand from sub category. Selecting the right category is of prime importance. The category and sub-category should be appropriate for the product you have in mind. In case you can't find a category to match your product, please click here or mail at support@npithub.com to inform us. We will certainly help you out.

    4. Enter Product Title
    Product title is the small description of product and it is the information which will display with product on home page and on search page.

    5. Enter Description
    Enter full description of the product you wish to sell, listing its unique features. The successful sale of your product depends on description of your product. Product description should include all features that you need to highlight.

    6. Enter the Product Quantity/Number
    This is an important step. If you're selling an CPU or Hard Disk, you must clearly specify the number of pieces.

    7. Enter Product Market Price ( MRP )
    This is the Market Retail price of product or price on the product is available in market.

    8. Select Product Image.
    Select product image so that a buyer can easily evaluate your product.

    9. Product Condition.
    Choose product is a new brand or a used product.

    10. Set the Starting Bid Price

    You need to enter the price at which the auction starts. Bidding always begins at an amount higher than you specify. The Starting Bid Price cannot equal zero.

    11. Enter the Bid Increment
    The Bid Increment is the minimum value by which the bid increases and is set by the seller. We suggest that the Bid Increment value be kept to round figures. For example, Rs. 50 or Rs.100 would be a nice Bid Increment.

    12. Fix the Reserve Price
    The reserve price is the lowest price the seller is willing to accept for the product he's selling. This amount is set by the seller before the auction starts and is never disclosed to the bidders.

    13. Select Time & Dates
    Now enter the starting date and time for your auction. You also need to specify the closing date and time.

    14. Enter Payment by
    You can choose the option you prefer from those listed in the drop-down box.

    15. Enter the Shipping Charges
    Deciding who bears the shipping charges is the seller's privilege. You can choose the option you prefer from those listed in the drop-down box.

    16. Submit or Preview or Reset the Auction
    Once you've submitted the entire information, you'll be allotted a Auction ID that you must make a note of for future reference.

    17. You are Informed About the Winner
    On the successful sale of your product or closing of your auctions, Delhi IT Hub Auctions will inform you by e-mail. In the meantime, you can use My Auctions to check the auctions of your products. You can see the list of top bidders.

  • How Do I Bid?
    • Select a product from our easy-to-navigate list of product categories.

    • Select your bid price for product.

    • Choose how many of that product you would like and the price you want to pay.

    • Enter your Login ID & Password. If this is your first time visiting to Nehruplace IT Hub, you will be asked to registration.

    • Click on the Bid Now button

    Please note that all bids are non-cancelable, so bid wisely.

    If you have one of the winning bids at the end of the auction, the product is yours and we will notify you via e-mail.

  • How do I find out more details about the product?
    A description of every product is display on the product page. To know more about the product and its features, you can make use of the "Ask Question from seller" facility provided on every product page. This way you can get more information about the product.

  • How do I find an item that I bid on?
    To find an product that you have bid on, simply go to the My Auctions page by clicking on the "My Auctions " link on the top navigation bar. If you're not logged in you would need to enter your Login ID and Password. Once you do so, click on the 'My Current Bids' lookup. This will display all activity performed and bids placed by you. When you click on the item title, the corresponding item page will be displayed.

  • What is reserve price?
    The reserve price is the minimum price that the seller is willing to accept for the product. This price is set by the seller before the auction starts, and is never disclosed. There is a message "Reserve price met or not" on Product Page.

  • I can't see the reserve price, why?
    The reserve price is never disclosed anytime during an auction. This is to protect the seller's confidentiality rights and to facilitate the buyer to decide the worth of the product.

  • What is the "Reserve price not met" message?
    If no Buyer made any bid more than the reserve price then it dispaly the message "Reserve price not met". if auction closed without meeting the reserve price of product then seller has right to not sold product and seller now has an option of relisting the item.

  • How do I know I have won?
    At the end of every auction, you will receive an email (if your bid is the highest) with your seller's contact details. You will then need to contact your seller to arrange for the delivery and complete the deal.
